Welcome! The information below outlines important details about your reservation, travel policies, and other information related to your Iceland Girls Trip 2027 experience. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions before booking.
1. Travel Documents
All travelers must have valid travel documents (passport, visas if required).
• U.S. Passport Holders: No visa is required for Iceland for short stays
• Non-U.S. Passport Holders: You are responsible for checking your specific visa requirements
Failure to obtain the required documents, or being denied entry, will result in no refund.
2. 14-Day Grace Period
You may cancel within 14 days of booking for a refund of all payments made, excluding your non-refundable deposit. To request cancellation within this window, email info@tripsbysanny.com with the subject line “Trip Cancellation Request – Iceland 2027.”
After the 7-day grace period, all payments made toward the trip are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your reservation after this period, you remain responsible for completing any remaining scheduled payments.
3. Payment Plan Defaults
All payments must be made on or before the scheduled due dates.
If a payment is more than 10 days late with no communication, your spot may be canceled with no refund. Reactivating a canceled reservation is not guaranteed and depends on availability and host approval.
4. Transfer of Spot
This is a women-only group experience.
Your reservation may only be transferred to another woman with written approval from the host.
5. Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your deposit immediately secures your spot and allows the host to confirm non-refundable reservations on your behalf.
6. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against:
• Illness or injury before or during travel
• Flight cancellations or delays
• Lost or delayed luggage
• Family emergencies
• Weather-related disruptions
Proof of insurance is not required, but highly encouraged.

Note: Insurance reimbursements are paid by your insurance provider, not the host.

7. Trip Cancellation by Host
If the host must cancel due to reasons outside your control (such as minimum group size not met, vendor shutdowns, or major disruptions), you will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.
The host is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, baggage fees, travel insurance, or personal purchases.
8. Itinerary Adjustments
Iceland’s weather and seasonal conditions may require changes to the itinerary.
Activities may be rescheduled, adjusted, or replaced for safety.
No refunds are issued for itinerary changes outside the host’s control.
9. Medical Emergencies
The host is not responsible for medical expenses, emergency transportation, or personal health-related costs incurred during the trip.
10. Media Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during group activities for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included in content, please email info@tripsbysanny.com after booking.

11. Age Requirement
Participants must be 21 years of age on or before the trip departure date. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Trips by Sanny prior to booking.
