1. About Trips by Sanny
Trips by Sanny is a boutique travel planning company offering personalized travel planning services, hosted group trips, and travel-related resources. We strive to provide accurate information and exceptional service, but travel involves third-party suppliers over whom we have limited control.
2. Discovery Calls
Complimentary discovery calls are intended for individuals who are genuinely interested in booking travel planning services or learning more about our hosted group trips.
Discovery calls are not travel coaching sessions or consultations intended to provide complete travel itineraries or destination advice without booking a service.
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. Travel Planning Services
Trips by Sanny provides travel research, itinerary design, booking assistance (when applicable), destination recommendations, and travel planning support.
Planning fees are separate from the cost of travel unless otherwise stated.
Planning fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun due to the time invested in researching and designing your trip.
4. Hosted Group Trips
Participation in hosted group trips requires acceptance of all trip-specific terms provided at the time of booking.
Pricing, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and inclusions may vary by trip and will be outlined before booking.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your reservation in accordance with the payment terms for that specific trip.
5. Prices and Availability
Travel prices, hotel availability, airfare, excursions, exchange rates, and supplier pricing are subject to change without notice until booked and confirmed.
Trips by Sanny cannot guarantee pricing or availability for services that have not yet been reserved.
6. Third-Party Suppliers
Trips by Sanny works with independent travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel providers.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, bankruptcy, service interruptions, injuries, or losses caused by these third-party suppliers.
7. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations, identification, and any other required travel documentation.
Trips by Sanny may provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry requirements or immigration decisions made by foreign governments.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and may be required for certain hosted group trips.
Travel insurance can help protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
9. Photos & Media
During hosted group trips, Trips by Sanny may capture photographs and videos for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes.
By participating in a hosted group trip, you grant Trips by Sanny permission to use photographs, videos, and other media in which you may appear on our website, social media channels, email marketing, printed materials, and other promotional content without additional compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, you must notify Trips by Sanny in writing before the trip begins. While reasonable efforts will be made to honor your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group photos or videos.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, itineraries, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, and travel guides created by Trips by Sanny remain the intellectual property of Trips by Sanny unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website or misuse any information contained within it.
12. Limitation of Liability
Trips by Sanny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, travel planning services, or hosted group trips.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Trips by Sanny for the specific service giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.
